Search and Selection is Sharon’s specialism, with a focus on Executive Recruitment within Manufacturing and Engineering across the UK and Europe.

As the market tightens and the skills gap widen Sharon’s retained clients see the real value in her specialist offering. She works solely on a retained basis with all her clients, providing full and dedicated recruitment support to Senior Directors and Board members within select companies. Sharon works collaboratively and is therefore able to make a proven and real difference to the success of her clients Senior and Executive recruitment requirements.

I have also been a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) for over 20 years and have earned fellowship status so that you consistently get the best standards of service delivery. In mid 2022 I was elected to the Board of Directors for the REC, a position I hold in high regard as it allows me to help support and champion the professionalism within our sector.

I am on the Engineering Employer Advisory Board of Trafford College Group, and President of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce for Stockport where I support, connect and champion local business and skills improvement plans across the borough.

My area of expertise and my passion is within Executive Search, with a particular emphasis on Senior Management and Director level appointments specifically within the Manufacturing and Engineering industries. Manufacturing is where I began my career within the recruitment industry before diversifying into other sectors in order to broaden my recruitment knowledge.

Manufacturing and Engineering is a sector that I have always gravitated towards and thoroughly enjoy supporting. The advancements and digitalising technologies are of particular interest and I regularly attend manufacturing conferences and events that showcase the latest trends and advancements so that I can knowledge share with my clients where needed.
